The condo I was selling was in a building that was forty years old, and the condo had been rented for many years.   It needed a complete overhaul!  After touring the condo and discussing everything with me, Jeslyn brought in a designer to recommend the best colors for flooring, paint, and cabinets.  I loved the designers’ choices and having a designer just streamlined the process for me and let us move forward quickly.  Jeslyn also had recommendations for a painter, cabinet and flooring companies, and a contractor.  I met each of them and was happy with the price quotes they gave me, so we were able to get started right away.  Jeslyn was always available to help with anything and everything!  She worked with the HOA to make sure we were following all rules governing the building. She helped me with recommendations for cabinet style, lighting, bath surrounds, etc.  When it was finished, I was thrilled with how the condo turned out!

 When it was time to put the condo on the market Jeslyn brought in a staging company. They were careful to create a color palate that worked well with the permanent features in the condo and chose furnishing that gave the condo a nice modern look.   Even in these times of high interest rates the condo sold quickly and for a higher price than I expected.  I would use Jeslyn again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to everyone!”
